Questions.
About Managed Hosting.
What does Managed Hosting cost?
Starting from €2,500 per month, excluding VAT. The final price depends on your applications, their data and the service level you need.
What response times do you offer?
Down to 15 minutes for critical incidents, depending on the service level you choose. Response times are written into the SLA in your contract.
Which applications can you host?
Business applications, web applications, APIs and internal tools that run in containers. If an application does not run in containers yet, we prepare it as part of the move.
Where is my application hosted?
On enum in Frankfurt, Germany, operated by enum GmbH under German and EU law.
Which certifications are in place?
The Frankfurt data center is certified to ISO 27001 and EN 50600; those certificates belong to the facility operator. enum's own ISO 27001 certification is in progress, with a target of Q4 2026.
Can our own team take over later?
Yes. Applications run on standard Kubernetes on enum and everything is documented, so your team or another provider can take over at any time.
