Questions.
About SaaS on enum.

Can we run multi-tenant SaaS on a shared cluster?

Yes. Most teams start with namespaces and network policies on one cluster. When a contract requires stronger separation, that customer gets a dedicated cluster with its own control plane.

Where does customer data live?

In Frankfurt, Germany, on infrastructure enum operates itself. enum GmbH is a German company with no US parent.

How do we get clusters?

Kubernetes clusters are set up on request today; self-service creation launches in Q4 2026. Account sign-up, storage and DNS are self-service right away.

Does the pricing work for SaaS unit economics?

Prices are published per resource in euros. The highly available control plane is included and there are no fees for API requests, so you can model cost per tenant.
