Many European providers sit under the right law but feel a decade behind: tickets instead of APIs, manual provisioning, slow releases.

About the company.
Is enum subject to the US CLOUD Act?
No. enum GmbH is a German company with no US entity in its structure, so the US CLOUD Act and FISA Section 702 do not apply. Choosing an EU region at a US-headquartered provider does not remove that exposure, because what counts is the jurisdiction of the company that holds the data.
Where does enum store data?
In Frankfurt, Germany, on infrastructure and a network (AS215998) that enum operates itself. Customer data stays in Frankfurt, Germany.
Who owns enum?
enum is operated by enum GmbH, a German limited company registered in Cologne (HRB 121362, Amtsgericht Köln). There is no US parent company.
