Frequently Asked Questions

Which Kubernetes versions does enum support?
We run upstream Kubernetes, no fork. On top, we include best practice tooling like Cilium, fully managed and kept up to date. We support the latest stable versions and provide zero-downtime rolling upgrades when new versions are available.
How does the HA control plane work?
Every cluster gets a dedicated, highly available control plane with 3+ nodes across independent failure domains. Automatic failover ensures your cluster stays operational even if a control plane node fails.
How do upgrades work?
Kubernetes upgrades are performed as zero-downtime rolling updates. Control plane and worker nodes are upgraded sequentially, so your workloads keep running without interruption.
Can I use my own container registry?
Yes. You can use any container registry. Your cluster has full network access to pull images from Docker Hub, GitHub Container Registry, or your own private registry.
How does pricing work?
You pay per hour for compute nodes and per GB for block storage. The HA control plane is included at no extra cost.
How do I migrate from AWS EKS, GKE, or AKS?
We run standard upstream Kubernetes, so your existing manifests, Helm charts, and CI/CD pipelines work without modification. We also offer managed migration services to help with the transition.
